Why? To use as a resource when creating a collective decision frame for use in accordance with the Collaborative Regulative Bundle method.

  • http://constraints.ens-dictionary.info/ : list the constraints and their characteristics including the actors that typically face the constraints, the severity degrees of the constraint (under construction)

In the common constraints page of the baseline wiki, a table will included constraint dictionary links, with for those constraints, an explanation of their manifestation in the geographic area, or the sector.
