• http://www.constraint-dictionary.info/ : list the constraints and their characteristics including the actors that typically face the constraints, the severity degrees of the constraint (under construction)
• the baselinenode wiki of any geographic area (country, city, municipality, rural area) or broad sector (health care, education, socio-economic development, environmental sustainability) of a geographic area. In the common constraints page of the baseline wiki, a table will included constraint dictionary links, with for those constraints, an explanation of their manifestation in the geographic area, or the sector.
• several change initiativenode wikis, one for each project that is concerned with development, such as achieving the MDG's, in the geographic area (or a sector in it).
