• the anchoring of development initiatives in shared baseline (AS-IS) and blueprint (TO-BE) descriptions (justification of the Initiative Atlas) which leverage shared awareness of stakeholders and their institutions, as facilitated by an Actor Atlas;
• the support for Collaborative Diagnostics via wiki-based initiative nodes supporting coherent, "low-duplication" open dialogue with all members or constituencies of local to global target groups; and
• the promise to enable Collaborative therapeutics.

It is in the collaborative therapeutics that development targets will be achieved.
