By elaborating diverse development cases (Chapter: Development Initiatives) within the content commons components you will discover a new approach to civic participation, development planning and communications.
This tutorial explains how to use systematized content commons to achieve civic participation alongside planning and communications synergies involving all stakeholders in development initiatives.
How methodology, agreement and the systematized content commons fit together to deliver targets is somewhat explained at http://wikiworx.info/systematized
The focus in this tutorial is on the hands-on use of the systematized content commons in a diverse range of development situations.
This tutorial aims to engage, and further train where needed, four competence areas that matter to development communications: attitude, skills, knowledge, and communications and teamwork.
Intended Uses
In their present state of elaboration, the dictionaries and atlasses are focussed at transparency and the accessible, inclusive communication on government and NGO activities, including those with a local scope.
The vision for the (near) future is that collaborative diagnostics and therapeutics in initiatives will involve participants creating a baseline, blueprint and intervention node wikis following the patterns described at Initiative Atlas.
It is in those wikis, forming a wikinet, that the dictionaries and atlasses are referred to. In the case where not all stakeholders have themselves writing access to the wikis, moderators instructed by the stakeholders, can perform the content actions. In any case, at all time, any stakeholder can make comments on any of the wiki pages.
Disclaimer
As yet, the progress of individual cases may appear slow. This is because several cases are elaborated in parallel by a single person, part time.
Acceleration of tutorial writing will be possible as more contributors commit (some of their time) to the cause of the systematized content commons consolidation as a means to accelerate sustainable development outcomes.
Invitation
If you are convinced that internet use can be much more productive in addressing development problems, and you are confident that the proposed platforms and tutorial can achieve such productivity increases, then register at http://www.wikiworx.info/ and start contributing.

By Muhle Masuku Bulawayo, 19/08/2011: http://www.radiovop.com/index.php/blogs/6929-are-extension-and-advisory-services-meeting-the-needs-of-farmers.html, … A rural development expert, Mr Ngwiza Khumalo, programme manager of Zinyangeni Christian Church (ZCC) believes the creation of a ‘primary locus of integration’ comprising of line ministries, NGOs, CBOs and the Rural District Councils at district level and the creation of an ‘amalgamated resource envelop’ will kill-off current discord caused by multiplicity of improperly coordinated extension service providers. The current setup is wasteful and unsustainable.
